pkr89 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pkr89, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. These Terms apply from the moment you first access the pkr89 website and continue to apply for as long as your account remains active, including after it is closed in respect of any outstanding transactions or disputes.

pkr89 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of pkr89 after such changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. pkr89 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

02Eligibility

To register and use pkr89, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkr89 is strictly an adult platform. Any attempt by a person under 18 to register will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or business accounts are not permitted on pkr89.
• You must not be prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming or sports betting in your jurisdiction.
• You must be the sole owner of any payment method used to deposit funds into your pkr89 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• You must not have previously been excluded from pkr89 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee or director of pkr89 or any of its gaming suppliers.

03Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pkr89. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under a different name, phone number or device — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkr89 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings and withhold any bonus funds.

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. pkr89 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.
• You must notify pkr89 immediately at support@pkr89.ws if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• pkr89 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time. Documents typically requested include a valid CNIC, proof of address and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.
• Account information — including the name and payment method — cannot be transferred to another person.

04Deposits & Payments

All transactions on pkr89 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr89 does not accept deposits in foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• pkr89 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may charge transaction fees — these are not controlled by pkr89.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name will be voided and returned. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pkr89 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on large deposits before they are credited to your playing balance.
• In the event of a technical error during a deposit, contact support immediately. Do not attempt to deposit again until the original transaction is confirmed as failed by your payment provider.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals from pkr89 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and conditions below. pkr89 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for mobile wallet methods during normal operating hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 500,000. For larger amounts, contact support in advance to arrange an alternative process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in the account holder's name. pkr89 will not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before processing your first withdrawal, pkr89 may request KYC documents including a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard regulatory requirement and is not specific to your account.
• Bonus-funded winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• pkr89 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for accounts under security review, KYC verification or fraud investigation. In such cases, you will be notified within 24 hours of the hold being placed.

06Bonuses & Promotions

pkr89 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the offer is communicated. The following general rules apply to all pkr89 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the offer terms — typically between 10× and 30× the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and virtual sports may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the specific bonus terms for the applicable contribution rates on pkr89.
• Free spins winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. The applicable requirement will be stated in the free spin offer terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified in the offer terms. Upon expiry, the bonus balance is removed from your account.
• pkr89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided this does not affect bonuses already accepted and in use by players.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through matched betting strategies using pkr89 promotional funds, low-risk hedging or collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

07Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and virtual sports betting on pkr89. Game-specific rules for individual sports and markets are published separately in the pkr89 betting rules documentation accessible from your account.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds displayed before confirmation are indicative only and may change.
• Minimum single bet stake: Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market and event and are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed on pkr89, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out option is available and exercised before settlement.
• pkr89 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest pricing error has occurred. A manifest error is defined as an odds offer that is clearly incorrect — for example, a team priced at 100× when the correct market odds are 1.5×.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the pkr89 sports-specific rules applicable to that event. Generally, football matches not completed within 90 minutes of the scheduled kick-off will have bets voided unless otherwise stated.
• pkr89 uses reputable third-party data providers for live scores, results and event confirmations. In the rare event of a data error, pkr89 will use official result sources to settle bets.
• pkr89 may limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets. These limits are displayed in the betting interface before bet placement.

08Casino & Games Rules

All casino games, virtual games and crash games available on pkr89 — including but not limited to Aviator, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and Slots — are governed by the following rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within each game:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time dealer action captured on video. pkr89 does not control or influence game outcomes.
• The Aviator crash game operates on a Provably Fair system. Players can verify any round's fairness using the seed verification tool within the game.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, pkr89's system will resolve the round according to its state at the point of disconnection. For Aviator, a disconnection while a bet is active will result in an automatic cash-out at the multiplier recorded at the moment of disconnection where technically possible. pkr89 is not responsible for disconnections resulting from the player's internet connection.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round. pkr89 will notify affected players and refund the relevant stakes.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all pkr89 casino games are independently tested and certified. These figures are long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Minimum stake for casino games on pkr89: Rs 50 for slots and Rs 100 for table and live casino games.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr89. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one account on pkr89, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any other account process.
• Using any software, bot, script or other automated mechanism to interact with the pkr89 platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including live casino table games, poker or any other multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or exploits to generate winnings in a manner not consistent with normal game operation. Any such winnings are void.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financially fraudulent activity through the pkr89 platform.
• Abusing the bonus system through bonus hunting, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or coordinated multi-account bonus claims.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with payment providers that are found to be fraudulent or made in bad faith. pkr89 reserves the right to recover the relevant amounts and close the account.
• Using the pkr89 platform for commercial purposes, including running a gambling business or acting as an agent for other players.

10Responsible Gaming

pkr89 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help every player manage their gaming activity. These tools are available in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings and can be activated immediately without contacting support.

pkr89 does not provide refunds of losses on the basis of problem gambling claims unless the player had previously activated self-exclusion and the platform failed to enforce it. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please use our self-exclusion tools and seek professional support immediately. pkr89 is strictly for players aged 18 and above.

11Account Suspension & Closure

pkr89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time with or without prior notice where pkr89 reasonably believes:

• The account holder has breached these Terms in any respect.
• A security or fraud concern exists regarding the account or associated payment methods.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• The account holder has provided false information at any stage.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• The account is being used in a manner that pkr89 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances — excluding the proceeds of any voided bets or winnings generated through prohibited conduct — will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following investigation, where legally permissible.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pkr89 account may do so by contacting support@pkr89.ws. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal way and the resulting balance paid out.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr89's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pkr89 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, data or business resulting from use of the pkr89 platform.
• Losses arising from events outside pkr89's reasonable control — including internet outages, server failures, payment network disruptions or force majeure events.
• Technical interruptions that result in a game or bet being unavailable during a time when the player wished to interact with it.
• Any loss arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the pkr89 platform, including odds, statistics or editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkr89's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13Privacy & Data Protection

pkr89 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and can be accessed at pkr89.ws/privacy-policy. By registering on pkr89, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming and legal compliance.
• pkr89 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers acting on pkr89's behalf and as required by applicable law.
• pkr89 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption across all data transmissions and secure, access-controlled storage of player records.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by pkr89, subject to pkr89's legal obligations regarding data retention.

14Amendments to Terms

pkr89 may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where the amendment is material — meaning it significantly changes your rights or obligations — pkr89 will provide reasonable notice via email or in-platform notification before the change takes effect. For minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms), no advance notice is required.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using pkr89 and close your account before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and pkr89 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting pkr89 support in writing.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of notification, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in pkr89's support documentation. pkr89 is committed to resolving all legitimate player complaints fairly and promptly. Response to formal complaints will be provided within 5 business days of receipt.
